Fill your freezer and be the envy of your BBQ buddies with a whole pig from so-sij. We’ll do the hard work for you too, preparing, mincing and curing over 70kgs of cuts and porky treats.

Our proposed breakdown is

10kg fresh cuts (chops, ribs, tenderloin, roasting joints with cracking-able skin where applicable)

25kg sausages (your choice of flavour/s)

10kg back / smoked back bacon

10kg streaky / smoked streaky bacon

15kg gammon hams & steaks

100 sausage rolls

20 Scotch Eggs

Can be collected entirely or can be split over several months.

Free delivery to the 06 region of France. Otherwise collection from So-Sij in Antibes, or we can work with your provisioner to get this on board your yacht.

Who are So-Sij

So-sij, the lovechild of a sausage obsessive and a chance encounter on the piste, has been hand-making best quality bangers in Antibes since 2012. From the start, all the butchery has been done in house and over the years we have expanded our range to include all your favorite pork cuts; roasts with craclikng-able skin, gammon hams for Christmas, the best dry-cured bacon for butties and porky-packed sausages for BBQs and breakfast. Not to mention our famous Scotch Eggs. Ever the adventurer, so-sij acquired Boucherie Fabre in 2022 and will be opening a second outlet offering beef, lamb and poultry in Golfe Juan this coming summer.
